As my grandfathers Almano Tozzini and Oswaldo Bratti passed their company to my father Peter Bratti, and as my father passed his company to me, the third generation, I pass my company to my son, Michael Bratti who is the fourth generation. In this dedication, I convey to Michael the same guidelines that were given to me as my father as R. Bratti Associates, Inc. enters the New Millenium with one hundred and thirty eight years of dedication.

I am elated and joyful to turn the leadership to my son with the simple prerequisite of maintaining the same guidelines that I have been taught: To assist and guide clients through the proper usage of stone, always being sincere, professional, honest and straightforward in providing expert advice, and a superior finished product.

I ask Michael to care for all employees, keeping in mind the importance of their participation in the team effort in “getting the job done”. Also I remind Michael that it is only through the good Lord that any and all efforts can be conducted in that those efforts, by the team and himself, should be conducted with this very thought in mind.
